Our role in the community

MI Property Deals is a Limited Liability Company that is owned and operated in Michigan and designed to aid in the economic recovery.  

We work with qualified buyers who can not get a traditional mortgage to find and purchase a house on land contract.

Helping the Community Grow ~

We understand that during the last several years many people have lost their homes due to foreclosure or short sale.  While this is an unfortunate fact in most situations, there have also been a significant number of people who have used the decline in housing prices as a way to upgrade to a bigger better home in a nicer area and simply walk away from the house they were in.  One result is a large number of bank-owned homes that require various degrees of updating and/or renovating.   

MI Property Deals, LLC, specializes in purchasing homes, renovating them, and making them available to families who cannot currently qualify for a traditional mortgage.  We work with qualified families to design a contract that works for them . . . providing families with a house that can truly be a home while restoring their credit, not wasting money on rent, and providing stability to the family and community.
